Our Stage 8 Pro Team Member this week is Justin Reed of Ohio.

Justin’s 2015 Dodge Charger R/T is a Super Track Pak edition fully forged motor with Flowtech long tube headers and Stage 8 locking fasteners, nitrous express wet kit, Hellcat swapped drive train, iDRIVE throttle controller, Airaid cold air intake, and AFE power throttle body spacer.

His Charger runs at the track and gets nitrous sprayed to the motor and even with the nitrous and being daily driven for road trips, the Stage 8 bolts are still holding tight.

In Justin’s own words:

I bought a set of shorty headers for my Charger and the bolts backed out and destroyed the gasket. We bought a new gasket and new bolts and they backed out again. Later, I had a set of long tube headers, and three weeks later, from the heat and vibration, the bolts backed out again and warped the header. After another new set of headers, I decided there had to be something better. I Googled locking header bolts and found Stage 8. They’ve been in the car for almost two years and are still completely tight, with no gasket issues, no loose bolts. They are seriously the best bolts I’ve ever used.
